A real estate developer in Noida and the National Capital Region, Bhutani Infra, has confirmed that it has withdrawn from any planned partnership with the WTC Group and will not be involved in any of the group’s ongoing, completed, or planned projects.
Based solely on their representations, Bhutani Infra first discussed possible options with the WTC Group. But following a careful analysis, the business decided to leave the WTC Group entirely. It is important to note that Bhutani Infra is not liable or responsible for the unit holders of the WTC Group’s ongoing or current projects. The business further stated that any liabilities resulting from commitments made to allottees in their projects are entirely the responsibility of the WTC Group and its promoters.
