Bhutani Etherea 2.0 by Bhutani Group is a commercial project Alphathum in Sector 90, Noida. Spread over 25 Acre mixed-use IT/ITeS plot just across Sector 137 Noida, the project comprises four tower of IT/ITeS offices and retail stores.

Alphathum is developed in 20 Lakh Square Feet of built-up area. It comprises three skyscraper towers. These towers are bridged by a beautiful infinity pool at the top. Starting from the Asia’s largest incubation center, perfect optimization of light and air, high-end technology and its modern and efficient work spaces. The architecture focuses on using the sustainable architecture design such as proper ventilation, sunlight and use of solar energy systems to minimize the eco-impact.
