Uttar Pradesh’s Noida is about to have its most expensive apartments. A project for ultra-luxury apartments is now being constructed in Sector 32 in Noida by the NCR-based real estate company Bhutani Infra. There will be a mall and roughly 60 lavish, expensive, and spacious apartments in this mixed-use building. According to Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, the project’s expected total investment will likely be close to Rs 600 crore. The starting price of an apartment will probably be about Rs 12 crore. Such an incident has never occurred in Noida. The property, according to Ashish Bhutani, would be lavish and have spacious suites.

This property would be situated adjacent to Logix City Centre Mall. The building will most likely be 30 stories tall, with residential space on the upper floors and a mall on the first four floors. According to Bhutani, the mall and the apartment complex will each have their own entrances and exits. After building starts, the high-end housing project is supposed to be finished in 42 months.
