The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway’s sector 133 will soon be home to a commercial high-street mall, according to Bhutani Infra, a real estate developer located in Delhi-NCR. The project will receive a 500 crore rupee investment from the corporation.
The mall will have luxury retail space, a food court, and wellness areas, and construction will take place over two phases. The first stage of development would cover over 3 lakh square feet. The project is anticipated to begin in the final quarter of the year, and it will take 30 months from the start of work to complete.
The mall’s site was carefully considered because it is close to upscale residential communities and business developments, which is expected to attract customers.
Bhutani Infra has been active in the real estate sector since its founding in 1996. The business has currently completed 14 projects under the Parmesh Complexes brand. Its present portfolio consists of functioning projects like the Alphathum business park in Sector 90 and the I-Thum IT Park in Noida’s Sector 62.
Bhutani Infra is also working on two additional commercial projects, Avenue 62 and Bhutani Cyberthum, all of which are in Noida, in addition to the forthcoming mall project. Both initiatives concentrate on creating offices, with Bhutani Cyberthum scheduled to be finished by June 2024.
Overall, Bhutani Infra’s dedication to creating high-quality commercial spaces is shown in the company’s consistent expansion in the Noida and vicinity real estate market.
